Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
